Cultivating Compassion: A Loving Kindness Meditation for Stressful Times

Our world is in need of love and healing as we face the current global crisis. During this trying time, I encourage you to try this Loving Kindness meditation, inspired by the Buddhist practice of “Metta”, in order to cultivate feelings of love and compassion and to lower stress and anxiety. I was assisted in this video by my sweet dog, Gavi.
